The new DocuSign Ink app version 2.2.1 has been updated on 2014-01-20. The Apple Store includes a very useful feature that will check if your device and iOS version are both compatible with the app. Most iPhone and iPad are compatible. Love the app Easy to use and makes business easier when needing signatures from clients However recently it just started force closing every single time I try to view my documents Please update I ll still give 5 stars because this is the first time I ve had this problem Other than that works perfectly                     Taissir Bilal

My experience with this application has been positive and has been extremely helpful in the process of getting documents signed by participants who have not traditionally been able to affix their signatures to the documents they were sent in a timely manner                 Dana Washington

It s not user friendly Not simple And waste more time than printing scanning signing combined I recomend sign now You can take a pic of a doc sign it and convert to pdf in seconds     matt wilson

Ever since I installed this app I have had my email flooded with individuals tell me I forgot to sign my insurance claim and they need my signatureb via docusign to proceed I haven t had an insurance claim for or against me in 20 years and I haven t filled out any papers for any insurance company in as long I can only assume this company sold my address and now scammers have it     tony baxter

The mobile app is difficult to use After spending over 30 minutes re sizing and placing innitial signature boxes everything cleared do to inactivity when I had been constantly working on it the whole time The only way to save my progress was to keep sending out versions of the envelope to the signees making the process very confusing for them and time consuming for me having to constantly reload the envelope         Eileen Doane

The idea of it is great but it isn t user friendly It takes way too long to set up before getting the signature I can t set it up beforehand because I m required to know the signer s name in advance which I never do I want to do all the administrative stuff on my end at home Also having to be connected to the Internet in order to sign is crazy I should be able to download the doc sign it then connect only when I want to send it Very frustrating             Alison Fournier

I was billed unexpectedly without notice and tried to request a refund and downgrade to the monthly plan but DocuSign was not able to give me a refund when the funds have already been transferred to them Everytime I tried contacting the developer they keep referring me back to Google Play They also don t respond to emails so I have to keep explaining myself to a new rep over the phone I m currently looking into other signature programs     Nary Bin

Exeptional I am super satisfied with this app The scanning is amazing it allows the app to configure the document and the outcome is simplified to detect all important details of each section of the document Signing dating and checking off is a breeze There are more option but that s all a basic document needs unless you want to get fancy and with the tools this app has you could do that too                     Francisco Mendez

terrible company auto renewed without my permission no notice no email now no one will return my emails there chatt bubble is a bot feedback link doesnt work For the ammount of this app is i would expect better service still havent been able to get in contact with someone stay away and use a different company     Jesse Fox

My only issue is with the sign in fingerprint option I was glad to see that it can be used but was quickly disappointed by the fact that the password log in is still required after using the fingerprint Is this behavior as indended by the developer or a feature that doesn t make sence             George Zaharencu

Took me all day to get the app to allow me to sign in It has happened a few times and I will chase down the problem till it works everything associated with getting the app to do its job But when it works it is great             Richard Salazar

HOW frustrated can one app make you Have spent the last TWO weeks trying to edit a generalized document that I had to transferred over I do not have the time to monkey around with this thing for hours at a time day after day trying to get a document set up Not even a blank template OH yeah NO REFUNDS even though I paid up front in full and STILL DONT have a working document for invoice DON T BUY Get invoice generator its free and WAY easier or pen and paper     Ryan Kessler
